We offer flat rates on shipping within Australia
Standard shipping - $10
Express shipping - $15
How long does it take to process my order?
We endeavour to have your order processed within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please allow for extra time during busy periods such Christmas and New Year. All deliveries are sent via Australia Post and subject to the network's delivery times. Please visit the Australia Post website for up to date information on estimated delivery timeframes.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia only. However, if the opportunity arises, we hope to expand to meet the needs of international customers.
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted for faulty items only and must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your parcel. This does not include items broken in transit or missing items. These must be lodged with us via email within 24 hours of you receiving your parcel. These cases must go through proper postage investigations before deciding the outcome of each case.
We will refund or store credit / replace (if available) any faulty or broken items on return to us and we will cover the return postage if we are deemed to be at fault.
By Australian law we only offer a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund for change of mind.
